STILL NOT CONVINCED?

Most other procedures use pigments, but this one didn't, which was surprising. The director is a foreigner and speaks very little Korean, so we spoke in English. The salon was clean, and the director was friendly.

As a woman of color I was really worried about this procedure. However, whenever I send any questions or concerns I have them are answered honestly. Also the procedure didn’t hurt. She constantly asked how I was feeling and made sure I was okay!

I've tried it all, from plasma to co2 treatments, but my stretch marks were stubborn. After 3 sessions, I see so much improvement. I can still see some of them, but most faded A LOT. Do recommend Loma!

The sensation is similar to a tattoo — uncomfortable but manageable. No numbing cream is used during this procedure, as the skin's reaction guides the depth of treatment. Numbing agents are vasoconstrictive and would interfere with my ability to read the skin accurately while working.

After treatment, the area may feel tender and appear red for 24–48 hours. Some dryness and flaking is normal during healing — this is your skin regenerating.

Stretch mark revision treatments generally show noticeable results within a month, with full results developing over several months as the skin heals and remodels. the results lasts for a lifetime, since it's a bio-regeneration treatment and don't involve pigments.

Initial redness and swelling can be expected immediately after treatment, gradually fading to a more "normal" appearance within a few weeks.

Multiple treatment sessions are often needed for optimal results, with intervals of 4-8 weeks between treatments to allow for skin healing.

however, the treatment does not prevent new stretch marks from forming.

Each session runs approximately 60 to 90 minutes depending on the size and number of areas being treated.

There is minimal downtime — the area may appear red and feel tender for 24–48 hours after treatment, but most clients return to normal activities the same day.

After stretch mark revision, maintaining proper aftercare is crucial for optimal healing and results. Key aspects include keeping the area clean and hydrated, avoiding sun exposure, and following any specific instructions from the technician.

This often involves using a gentle cleanser and aftercare ointment, avoiding tight clothing, and refraining from activities that cause sweating for a period of time.

Do not pick at any scabs or flakes that may form during the healing process. Avoid taking anti-inflammatory medications like Advil for the first 24 hours after the procedure.

The procedure involves needling the stretch mark area with a serum, which encourages collagen production and skin regeneration, leading to a less noticeable appearance.

the treatment can improve the texture and color of stretch marks, making them less noticeable. It can also boost collagen production and promote skin rejuvenation.

Mild side effects like redness, swelling, or slight scabbing may occur, but these are usually temporary.

keep in mind this is not a cure for stretch marks, and results vary. It is not recommended for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or those with certain medical conditions.

Ideal candidates typically have stretch marks that are not actively inflamed or infected, with no history of keloid scarring or significant pigmentation issues.
